Course attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The hotels listed on the attached sheet are offering a special rate of $92 per night for attendees. Please see the enclosed information sheet regarding hotels.

Per Diem
The project is providing Meth Summit attendees with a flat rate per diem of $75.00 per day. Attendees must live 50 miles or further out from the conference site. Per diem will be paid after the conference and travel forms must be completed to be eligible. (These forms will be available at registration).
